Eravin Construction CC was Registered in 1999 as a Civil Construction Company and is based in the Rustenburg Area. Our plant division was established in 2002 and our building division in January 2003.

ERAVIN CONSTRUCTION CODE OF ETHICS

Eravin Construction complies with all laws and requirements affecting our business and will not condone corruption or anti-competitive practices in our dealings with the market place.  In the event that you believe we (or our employees) do not live up to these standards you should advise us accordingly.  Your stated willingness to observe similar standards is an important factor in our decision to enter into and maintain business relations.

Eravin Construction is strongly committed to the promotion of and adherence to ethical and professional standards.  Accordingly, it has established a Code of Ethics that is aimed at achieving an uncompromising level of integrity through acknowledgement thereof by its Contractor’s and Companies. 

The Code of Ethics is presented as follows: 

1.  Avoid unethical or compromising practice in all relationships, actions and communication with Eravin Construction.  Any instances of perceived unfair business practices involving the Contractor and the Companies shall be reported to the Companies immediately.  A conficential telephone number is listed below for this purpose.

2.  Demonstrate loyalty to the Companies by diligent compliance with the terms and conditions of the contracts.  Reasonable care shall be exercised in the execcution of its obligations in terms of the contract.

3.  Refrain from private business transactions, or professional activity which creates or could possibly create a conflict between the personal interests of any employee(s) of the parties and the interests of the Companies and Contractor.

4.  Refrain from paying or offering to pay, giving or offering to give any money or other gift of whatsoever nature whether by way of a commission, gratuity or otherwise, lending or offering to lend any money or any other asset, or giving or offering to give any other valuable consideration to any employee of the Companies, any of the Companies or any of their other associated Companies, such as might influence, or appear to influence purchasing decisions. 

5.  Promote a positive relationship with the Companies through courtesy and impartiality in all phases of business transactions for the entire duration of the contract.  In this regard the Contractor shall achieve or provide its utmost assistance to achieve a prompt and fair resolution of problems regarding orders, service, or payment of invoices.
